We are responsible for the overall, centralized management of city real property and certain facilities used for city operations not involving rights-of-way and utility easements. Includes the following two entities.

• CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OFFICE - provide supervision and management of contracts for the design, construction, renovation or repair of buildings used in city operations.

• FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION - efficiently and effectively provides constructProvide supervision and management of contracts for the design, construction, renovation or repair of ion, maintenance, repair and security for certain city buildings and structures.

• REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT OFFICE - responsible for the management, acquisition, sale and leasing of real property (other than rights-of-way and utility easements) used in city operations.

• FLEET MANAGEMENT DIVISION -  provide a state-of-the-art total fleet management service to allow other city departments and divisions to operate equipment in a cost-effective manner, minimizing the city's equipment budget.
